thank you very much! I might try to do a painting with this one too. I really like the pose, even though it was really hard with the chin :P

Really amazing work on this one. The pose is spectacular, even elegant. I love her expression and how gorgeous her hair looks. My only critisism (and i mean this in a positive light) is the proportions beneath the neck/shoulders seem to meld together. this may be wholly on purpose, its simply something i noticed in both this work and your other recent work "witch"

thank you for your comment! I really need help with this pose - such a difficult one - and it's sometimes really hard to figure out what's wrong!
Thanks; I want to do a painting with this one and will definitely remember your comment when I pain it :)

No problems, i'm happy to be of any help. the face from the neck up is flawless.i love how both your works turned out in that regard. the transition from neck down just appears a little jarring. although it's more evident in The Witch then it is with this work.

Yes, I know what you mean. I realize i always do very long neck that seems off when they finished; but when I'm drawing, it always weird to have smaller neck... I don't know, i have a quick long neck; and I usually use myself in a mirror to understand the pose. That might be a problem heh he!

lol. Mirrors are great for proportions. The end results are spectacular, long neck or no so either way you win with a great artwork. on second look the necks proportion to her chin is perfect just the blending with the shoulderline appears off. leaves a mild feel that the head and neck are too big for the body (despite the fact we cant see the body)

only a suggestion since i'm an author not an artist but wider shoulders might blend the neck to the body more seamlessly.

either way i love your work and can't wait to see your next project ^^
